We currently help your medical coders capture their production on their timesheets broken down by client and chart. This provides you visibility into how productive your coders are for hours worked and charts reviewed. This information then feeds into ScriptWire’s automated payroll process that helps streamline and automate your payroll. This not only saves you time but improves accuracy and provides you valuable insight into your margins per client contract.
We simplify the timesheet process for your employee’s and provide them an automated workflow for submitting timesheets. This reduces their time emailing supervisors hours worked and production numbers. They also have a dashboard that presents key performance indicators across the last two payroll cycles showing them how productive they really are. They can even run detailed reports of their production data to verify all data was accurately captured.
